Full List of Safety Procedures
We have a professional cleaning service that comes in twice a week for a full deep cleaning and disinfecting.
Between each class (and at the end of each night) our teachers will spot clean/disinfect hot spot areas. The front desk staff will also be spot cleaning and monitoring that only one person enters the restroom at a time.
We have installed touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers in front of each dance room. Students will be required to use hand sanitizer before entering their class and also upon leaving.
We ask that there be no loitering in the lobby.
We would prefer that parents of kinders and older drop off the student and wait in their car. We would prefer that no one waits in the lobby area for viewing. Parents, if possible, please escort your child to the entrance door, but please do not enter the studio. Parents may also wait at the entrance door for pick-up. Preschool parents are allowed in the building. There will be NO seating in the hallway or lobby.
The water fountains will be turned off for the time being.
Students must wear dance shoes for each class. No one is allowed to dance barefoot or in socks.
Masks are now optional for dancers and staff in the dance room.
Our hallways and dance rooms have all been repainted and we have installed new carpet.
We suggest that each dancer bring their own mat for floor work – especially during conditioning classes.
If anyone is feeling sick or if anyone is sick in your household, we ask you to PLEASE STAY HOME. If you have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or have traveled to any hot spot areas recently we ask that you please stay home. We are happy to offer the Zoom option for these instances.
Finally, we will continue to strive to do our very best to keep our students and staff safe. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office.
